The following are two pieces I wrote a long time ago. Years ago. Then I yanked them from the site (I'm shy, they're revealing.) But I'm at the point now where I'm comfortable posting them. This first piece answers a question I got on a board.

This was my response:

What are people getting out of this site? I think the main thing people can get out of this site is the same thing people get out of the net: information. Welcome to the Information Revolution! A thousand years from now, people will think of the net like we think of the printing press.

Lots of people want to know about penis size. What's the average? What are the extremes? How do I measure up? Are there ethnic differences? In the past, there would have been no way for the average person to get reliable information on the subject. Now, because of the net, the average person can find out whatever they want. This site helps the average person find out whatever they want to know about penis size.

Information probably isn't the most important reason for the existence of this site. The most important reason for this site is because the subject of penis size is a fetish. Many men and women, (okay, I admit it) me included, find certain sexual pleasure in the subject of penis size. Some people like fantasizing about large penises. Some people want others to admire their small penises. Some people like reading about women who like large penises. Some people like reading about men with large penises. Some people like reading about women who like small penises. Some people derive a simple, primal joy from simply comparing their penis to others' penises. There are probably a lot of other reasons people find pleasure in the subject.

The final reason for this site is because it's taboo. Penis size has always been a subject spoken of in hushed tones, within close company. I'm sure that many would find comical a site that puts it all out in the open. I'm sure many young women check this site out, laugh hysterically, pass the URL to their friends, and never talk about it amongst each other. They probably look at this site once in their lives. But, there's a lot of those giggling young women (at least I hope so).

The last piece discusses my own sexuality. I think it's quite interesting. BTW, I no longer have a girlfriend. I was with her for seven years. It was time for a change.

I originally wrote the following in response to someone's email. They wondered how I came to make the list. As you can see, my response kind of got out of hand. Oh well, it makes a good piece to post on the board!

I like to think of myself as straight (even my girlfriend thinks that's questionable--especially after this site), but for some reason nothing turns me on more than a sexy woman and a huge penis. And penis size in general is a fascinating subject--to me anyway. My gf again takes issue with me on this subject. I'm more interested in dick than she, it seems. I've never done anything gay or had any strong desires to do so, but I'm not homophobic at all. I really don't have any interest in homophobic sexual relations. I sort of wish I were gay so I could get laid more often, but who doesn't?

I first got on the web in about 1993. In the beginning, I mostly surfed the web to find out what was out there. One of the only things I found of interest back then was porn. The Newsgroup fiction variety. I couldn't even find a practical use for email because the only people I knew who had email all went to the same college--I didn't need email to talk to them! I found myself using the web to look for big-dick related heterosexual porn almost exclusively. I found that that kind of porn turned me on the most. I didn't know it before I started surfing the web, but I knew it soon enough. (Parents, keep your kids off the web, they're gonna find out what turns them on otherwise!)

Today there's a lot of crap to do on the web. Before about, oh, 1997, big-dick related porn was the only stuff I could find of interest. And I found nothing really turned me on more--something about chicks losing their inhibitions upon seeing a big schlong or something. I don't know, I just dig it. Was I alone? Finding out the answer to that question was one of my motivations. In my normal life, I truly cannot talk about this with anyone. I can broach the subject with my gf, but she's really not that interested.

Anyway, eventually I came up with the idea that it would be a good thing if someone could combine all these little corners of the web that are obsessed with penis size (big or small--I came to be interested in the whole size issue and not just from a sexual perspective). I thought discussion of the subject (one of my favorites by now) could be moved up a notch if all the people interested in it were brought together. So the idea behind my site was to bring everyone together on the subject so people could have in-depth discussions with a large number of participants.

Of course, what really got me going on the site was the idea that I'd actually make some money, and I was unemployed at the time. In making it I learned how to search the web, write HTML, and promote websites on the Internet. Unfortunately I make about as much money as most Internet startups: none (Okay, under $1000). Oh well. But I haven't given up hope. Also an impetus: I probably would've made my own list like this sooner or later for personal use. Maybe it would've only had a couple of dozen links, but same idea.

At the very least, I'd say I'm now an expert on penis size, for what that's worth.

If anyone wants to design a "links list" in a narrow subject area, feel free to write me for help. I think the PSLL's model for organizing information could be very successful in many other areas.

Back to modern day. I have this habit of mastering a subject and then losing all interest. I think it runs in my family. With this site I mastered HTML, Web site design (don't make me smack you), Internet research, Internet promotion, and even how to make a profitable web-based business (it's nearly impossible, BTW). And of course I mastered the subject of penis size. It's funny how so few people want to use me as a resource. John Money? Kinsey Institute? How about a visiting scholar? Random people on the web, feel free.

And I've lost interest. That's one of the reasons for my infrequent updates. Another is that I'm no longer unemployed (although that situation has just changed). Well, I just did an update. Love it for I know not when the next will be. Maybe I've hit a penis-size wall. I think I know all I can possibly know without actually doing some experimentation. (And since breaking up, I've been doing that. Want a date with the Phallic Master? Email me. Please? I'm not desperate, Just super horny. I love all types too [of women].)

Unrealized potential and a lifetime flattened against a low ceiling, hunched over monotonous drudgery is the lot for too many.
